• Here’s How It Works:

  From November through February, for just $75 every two weeks, our skilled technicians will visit your property and follow a comprehensive checklist designed to keep everything in peak condition. Each visit takes 35–45 minutes, preventing small issues from building up into overwhelming tasks.

• Includes:

  • Final Mowing (if needed)

  • Lawn Edging (if needed)

  • Blowing Off Walkways & Driveways

  • Debris, Twig & Leaf Removal

  • Flower Bed Maintenance

  • Overseeding Bare Patches

  • Gutter Cleaning & Downspout Inspection

  • Bush & Shrub Trimming (Off Home)

  • Low-Hanging Branch Trimming

  • Vine Removal

  • Ice Melt Application During Snowfall

  • Snow Shoveling & Blowing Walk Paths

• Important Notes:

  • This is an annual recurring service—clients must opt out to cancel billing.

  • A card on file is required for recurring seasonal services.

  $174.99 Per Visit

  • Push Shoveling of Snow from Driveways & Walk Paths
